**Team & Job Overview**:
Join the **Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS)** group at Export Development Canada (EDC), established in 2023 to deliver secure and reliable digital experiences. Our mission is to empower customers and colleagues to take on the world by achieving EDC’s 2030 business transformation goals.

**Key Objectives**:

- Define and sustain the integrated technology target state, data model, and technology operations.
- Manage the 3-Year Digital Roadmap.
- Keep pace with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Lead and ensure integrated digital, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity implementations to create excellent customer, user, and employee experiences.

**Role Overview**:
The **Enterprise Information Security (EIS)** team is seeking a **Cybersecurity Program Manager** to lead and manage a portfolio of cybersecurity projects. Reporting to the EIS Director, you will support strategic planning, outline tactics, and manage resources to achieve EDC's business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, track, and execute a portfolio of cybersecurity projects.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to design, plan, and report on cybersecurity initiatives.
- Maintain open communication with business and technology units.
- Act as the primary contact for cyber governance and issue resolution.
- Optimize resource utilization and project planning.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement, in collaboration with relevant partners.

**Screening Criteria**:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project/program management experience in business analyst, scrum master, product owner management and product development.
- Minimum 3 years leading cybersecurity or technology project implementations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing technology programs, influencing and driving cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in complex, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and time management skills.
- Experience managing service providers/vendors.

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT, CIS).
- Relevant certifications (Scrum Alliance, SAFe, PMP, CISM, GIAC).
- Bilingual in English and French.

**Compensation**:

- Salary range: $92,355 to $123,140 annually, plus performance-based incentive.

**Location**:

- Hybrid work environment.
- Role based in Ottawa or from Community Hubs in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Laval, Brossard, Halifax, Calgary, or Vancouver.
