Raw Material Planner

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating with production planning to ensure raw materials are available to meet the production schedule.
- Coordinate inbound material deliveries to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods.
- Oversee outbound materials, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and shipping in compliance with requirements.
- Verify materials onsite, inspecting for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast material needs, and implement inventory control processes to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to streamline material flow and maintain real-time visibility of stock movements.
- Address and resolve any issues related to material availability, discrepancies, or damage
- Other Duties as required
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous experience in purchasing and raw material planning
- High level of organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong skills in prioritizing work schedule according to set deadlines
- Analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
