Kids Grandview Kids provides an array of specialized programs, rehabilitation services, and outpatient clinical treatments to children and youth with physical, communication, and developmental needs. Programs and services - which are delivered at the Centre, in the community, at schools, and in-home - include: medical consultation, assessment, and diagnosis; audiology, autism support; complex care program; occupational therapy; physiotherapy; respite services; social work; speech-language pathology; therapeutic recreation; and family engagement. Grandview Kids actively participates in research to support innovation in rehabilitation science, to advance organizational capabilities, and to better serve caregivers and the developmental needs of their children and adolescents. **Clinical Program Student (Contract Full Time)**
- Full-time Contract - 37.5 hours/week
- June 24, 2024 - August 23, 2024
- Work hours will be from Monday to Friday, in-person.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the team in creating training and education materials
- Verify client and program information and ensure appropriate resources are available
- Assists in the education, orientation, and public relations as required
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Interest in learning about the Clinical Management team, Clinical Programs, and Quality Management
- Willingness to support Project Team with general tasks.
- Demonstrated experience with accessing Electronic Medical Record to verify client and program information as well verifying appointments data
- Displaying leadership by ensuring appropriate resources are available as required
- Maintains communication with all staff members and community representatives
- Ability to stay focused and organized when there is a lot of activity occurring.
- Ability to stay flexible as priorities change.
