Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers on a daily basis.
- Have knowledge, experience and passion with watersports and outdoor activities.
- Be able and willing to learn how to ride / drive safely on Exotic vehicles, ATVs, Side by Sides, Argos, Snowmobile, Jet skis, Wake boat, Power boat, Pontoons, None-motorized boats and paddleboards.
- Be comfortable with outdoor activities and participate in them for social media postings.
- Write compelling social media and search ad - Manages the company’s social media accounts, posts content and reply to posts in a timely manner.
- Manage creative design and content development to produce high quality and error-free materials across all channels
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget
- Prioritize and resource creative projects effectively, including managing outside vendors and setting expectations on quality standards
- Keep up to date on new social media platforms, standard practices, tools, and technology on an ongoing basis
- Review website content, marketing materials, images, and brand image ongoing Identify trending food and restaurant industry topics, hashtags, video content, images Coordinate content creation
- Work closely with freelancers, travel agencies and attend trade shows to promote our services.
- Perform market analysis and research on the competition
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience
- Find opportunities to input new content and marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of SEO, traffic metrics, and digital media channels, including paid social.

- A creative and responsible self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration with a team in a start-up environment
- Support the operation team in daily administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:
Successful completion of a Community College diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.

1 year of experience in a comparable role is a must

Self-driven and able to work independently and with provided direction

Motivated, enthusiastic and resilient team player who can work independently

Eager to tackle new projects and ideas with an eye for details

Comfortable working outdoors

Knowledge of different marketing techniques

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required**

**Knowledge of Mandarin is a must**

A valid full driver’s license and access to a vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
