**Job Overview**:
As a Youth Caregiver, you will provide crucial support and guidance to at-risk youth in a home setting, helping them manage daily routines, build life skills, and cope with challenges. You will work directly with youth who may exhibit high-risk behaviors, supporting them through personalized care plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build supportive, professional relationships with youth.
- Plan and implement activities to aid youth development.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with household duties such as meal prep and cleaning.
- Provide transportation using your personal vehicle.
- Handle crisis situations and follow care plans.
- Complete daily documentation (progress notes, incident reports).
- Model positive behaviors and supervise family visits when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available for **weekend night and day shifts** (12-hour shifts).
- Class 5 driver’s license and personal vehicle for use during shifts.
- Valid First Aid Certificate and Naloxone training (renewed every two years).
- Experience working with at-risk youth is an asset.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Tiered wage structure starting at $25.02/hour.
- Group health benefits (50% covered by employer) for full-time employees after a 3-month probation period.

**Eligibility**:

- Must have reliable transportation or plans to commute/relocate to Abbotsford, BC.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
