**Hiring For Casual/On-call, Day Shifts 7am-7pm, and Awake Night Shifts 7pm - 7am**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a healthy, caring, and professional relationship that eases the transition of individuals in care.
- Support high-risk youth in active addiction.
- Be responsive and knowledgeable in crisis situations, such as overdoses and high-risk behaviors.
- Follow Care Plans, Safety Plans, Protocols, and Procedures.
- Administer medication and follow documentation protocols.
- Complete daily progress notes, incident reports, and life skills data tracking.
- Transport youth to and from appointments using a personal vehicle.
- Prepare meals, handle housekeeping, laundry, and daily cleaning.
- Engage individuals in leisure/recreational activities in the community and at home.
- Create a home environment and serve as a respectful role model.
- Supervise visits with family members when required.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Full Driver’s License.
- Must use personal vehicle to transport youth during shifts.
- Ability to work with youth exhibiting high-risk behaviors, such as addiction, verbal aggression, and property destruction.
- Relevant education and/or experience.

**Additional Information**
- Homes are located in the Abbotsford area, in close proximity to one another.
- All employees must consent to screening by MCFD upon hire, and again every third year of employment.
