Property Marketing Administrator

We are presently in looking for a Full Time Property Marketing Administrator to join our Mississauga team to coordinate the administration of property sales and management services throughout Canada

**Duties include**:

- Managing and communicating with realtors and property service suppliers and lawyers
- Reviewing Realtors opinions of value, listing packages, MLS sheets and all offers
- Clear communication and Report analysis to the client.
- Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports, as well as as-needed by the client.
- Review processes and programs for more efficiency.
- Ensure Lawyers, Realtors, Appraisers, Inspectors and other property management, etc. comply in accordance with precise client policy.
- Resolving issues, escalation, billing discrepancies and submitting charges for approval.
- Maintain records and schedules of sale contracts for each property.
- Track and conduct property audits to ensure suppliers are performing to required SLA
- Ensure that proper quotations are requested and received to submit to Client for approval
- Audit all invoices before submission for payment

**Required Skills**:

- Property Management, Relocation or Real Estate experience and/or education
- Experience with an operating system used for Relocation, Real Estate or Property management or demonstration that you are able to learn to use one quickly
- Excellent client relation skills with strong written and verbal communications
- Very task driven with good analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, good decision maker
- Ability to meet defined deadlines in a high volume

**Preferred Skills and Accreditations**
- Real Estate courses/license
- CPM or other property management designations
- Bilingual applicants
- Experience in Relocation

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- property management, relocation or real estate: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON
