Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage a cohesive social strategy to achieve marketing objectives
- Collaborate with copy and design teams to execute original content across various social channels
- Contribute insights and ideas to inform monthly content creation
- Oversee daily social media posting and maintenance
- Monitor user activity and respond as needed
- Track and analyze the social activities of competitors and similar brands
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for future optimizations
- Liaise with other areas of the business to support national and regional campaigns
- Stay up to date on best practices and trends within social media & content marketing
- Facilitate a strong relationship with the internal team, client, and partners
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a Social Media Specialist or Management role
- Must have 3+ Years of experience in the Canadian or US market
- Degree in marketing or equivalent
- Proven work experience with managing a brands social media or content strategy
- Familiarity with social metrics, social listening, web analytics tools, and data-driven insights
- Experience collaborating with media agencies
- Interest in premium and luxury brands
- Automotive experience is an asset (a passion for automotive is also welcomed)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift to meet market demands / client requests as needed
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills in English
- Strong presentation skills and ability to contribute to team and client discussions
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic to work within a team environment
- A genuine passion for marketing strategy
