Next Prep Academy is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join their growing team on a contract basis. Next Prep Academy understands the power of education to captivate the interests of each child in a way that ignites their learning preference. Next Prep Academy is an innovative early childhood center that provides children aged 29 months to school age an unparalleled academic and childcare experience.

**WHO YOU ARE**

You are an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record, ability to be innovative, strategic and think outside the box. You are creative and can take an idea from thought through execution. You believe in the importance of early childhood education, are a self-starter and can work in an unstructured environment. You have exceptional communication skills with a roll up your sleeves attitude to get the job done. The role has two distinct parts as a Marketing Manager and Admissions Officer.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Marketing Manager
- Maintain social media platforms - Facebook and Instagram - set up weekly posts to build content
- Marketing spend - Review current spend on Google, Facebook and Instagram - provide feedback and optimization strategy to generate leads for registration
- Create monthly newsletter for Next Prep families with input from teachers
- Additional tasks such as mystery shopping competitors or other market research as needed
- We are budgeting 10 hours a week for this role
- **Compensation**: Based on hourly wage or fixed monthly amount dependent upon experience

Admissions Officer
- Responsible for working with prospective parents to answer any questions they have and book physical tours at Next Prep - we will provide you with access to school based on whatever schedule you have in-mind to take the parents through
- Nurture the leads through to registration which includes payment instructions and sending out registration paperwork - once we receive the e-transfer for registration fee, security deposit and the required paperwork - make sure the paperwork is complete, printed and filed
- **Compensation**: Commission based - flat fee per registered child based on new leads generated - further details to be discussed at interview

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Marketing degree or certificate
- Work experience in marketing and social media
- Experience in early childhood or education a bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month

- Commission pay
