Enterprise Customer Service Specialist

**What you will do**:
- You will provide swift and friendly service to support Maxon’s Enterprise customers and Volume Support team via Zendesk ticketing and screen-sharing sessions
- You’ll focus on deployment enablement, account issues, and license fulfillment
- You’ll be helping designers, editors and artists at major production studios as well as smaller boutiques
- Enthusiastically exceed the expectations of our customers in a positive and solution-oriented way
- Fulfill RLM licensing orders, as well as any other type of Enterprise licensing in the future
- Work closely with the Direct Sales team to ensure accurate fulfillments and deployments
- Assist Enterprise Technical Support Specialists with customer issues as needed
- Advise customers of existing and new software and hardware requirements for our products
- Contribute to documentation, FAQs and other customer-facing resources
- Identify product, usability or any other customer issues and effectively communicate trends within and outside of Support
- Handle confidential information with high degree of discretion without exception
- Represent our company through professional conduct and communications
- Utilize company assets in a prudent and judicious manner
- All other duties reasonably assigned by supervisor
**What we are looking for**:
- The ability to exceed expectations of customers in a positive and solution-oriented way
- The drive to continue learning our products’ features and workflows as the industry changes
- The desire to make fans out of our customers, sharing their feedback with your supervisor and other departments as necessary
- Two years in a customer service role, be it in a call center, retail store or restaurant
- Sophisticated communication abilities, particularly written, with fluency in English
- Six months of experience working with Digital River Global Commerce OR RLM licensing
- Six months of experience working with MyMaxon licensing
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours (schedule negotiable between 6 a.m.5 p.m. Pacific)
