**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including front desk receptionists and medical office assistants
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring timely appointments and efficient use of resources
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle billing and insurance claims, utilizing QuickBooks and other relevant software
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information and medical records
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

**Skills**:

- Proficient in file management, both physical and computerized, to maintain organized records
- Experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Google Suite or other office productivity software for efficient communication and collaboration
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software for billing and financial management
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and billing processes
- Experience working at the front desk of a dental office is a plus
