**Who we are looking for**

We are seeking an experience Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of the Procurement team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our processes, ensuring cost-effective sourcing strategies, and driving supplier management initiatives. Your expertise in procurement will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

**What you will do**
- Supplier relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage vendor performance.
- Strategic sourcing: Identifying potential suppliers, participating in RFI/RFP and competitive bid processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing decisions with business needs.
- Contract management: Oversee the contract lifecycle, including negotiation, amendment, renewal, and execution of contracts. Ensure compliance with legal, regulators and company policies and monitor contract performance to mitigate risk.
- Supplier diversity and sustainability: Promote supplier diversity initiatives and environmentally responsible practices in the procurement process.
- Data analysis and reporting: Utilize procurement analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators, monitor supplier performance and generate insights for decision-making.

**What you bring to the table**
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, or relevant field.
- Certificates in procurement, supply chain management, or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, with a track record of successful procurement initiatives and cost savings.
- Knowledge of procurement practices, including sourcing strategies, vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, proactive approach to enhancing procurement methods and company practices.
- Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership over deliverables.
- Collaborative mindset with an openness to multiple perspectives.
- Able to interact with internal business staff and external vendor and contractor personnel effectively and professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. #Ided significantly and continues to grow.
