Navitas is seeking to employ a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Program Coordinator **to host an experiential international exchange program at Fraser International College located on the **SFU Burnaby Campus**. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing an engaging and educational experience for students by planning, organizing, and overseeing a diverse range of cultural, educational, and recreational activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with international students, creating memorable experiences, and promoting cross-cultural understanding.

**Duration**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and leadership, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during activities, enforcing safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure effective coordination, maintaining clear and open communication channels.
- Provide inclusive activity planning, fostering an environment that celebrates diversity.
- Encourage and facilitate positive relationships between staff and students, addressing interpersonal challenges and promoting inclusivity.
- Delegate tasks effectively based on individual staff members' strengths and skills, ensuring optimal contribution to the program.
- Foster a culture of adaptability to respond to changing circumstances, supporting staff in navigating a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate coverage, especially during weekends and peak program times, managing staffing levels to meet program demands.
- Oversee logistics, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of all program-related tasks.
- Act as a point of contact for addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during program activities, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts or challenges.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the program, including documentation, reporting, and any other duties as required for the smooth operation of the program.
- Other duties as required.

**Physical Requirements**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work for long periods of time walking and standing up to 75% of the time. The person in this position frequently interacts with students and must be able to communicate with others in an exchange of accurate information in a clear and concise manner. The employee may occasionally be required to move about inside the office and/or around partner campus locations to run activities. The employee may be required to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds such as boxes of supplies, equipment, or merchandise. The person in this position may be required to view student or staff documents or information and may be required to transfer information as needed to internal systems.
