We're thrilled to invite a passionate Environmental Professional to our team, where you'll play a vital role in exciting projects within the downstream oil and gas sector If you have at least 1 year of experience in remediation, reclamation, and the industry, this is your chance to make a real impact. In this dynamic position, you'll lead various environmental field programs focused on on-site investigations, remediation, and reclamation, all while championing a client-centred approach that drives success and fosters growth. You'll thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment, prioritizing health and safety as you collaborate with talented support teams, regional offices, and stakeholders to deliver top-notch service. Plus, you'll assist Project Managers with critical tasks across multiple practice areas, including environmental assessments, groundwater monitoring, and vegetation management. **What would you be doing?**
- Engage in site investigations, remediation, and reclamation projects, including conducting environmental assessments, borehole logging, soil sampling, and supervising third-party contractors.
- Perform technical analyses, such as hydraulic conductivity testing and groundwater flow calculations, while preparing reports and managing groundwater monitoring programs.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, landowners, stakeholders, and regulators to enhance project outcomes and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Participate in cross-training to meet seasonal demands and business needs while adapting to other projects and assignments as necessary.
- Spend up to 80% of time in the field, actively involved in hands-on environmental work across various practice areas.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field; eligible for or holds a professional designation (e.g., Agrologist, Biologist, Engineer, Geoscientist).
- 1-3 years in environmental consulting, showcasing hands-on expertise in fieldwork.
- Proficient in safely operating light-duty trucks and holding a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction; skilled in planning and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, with a proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to health and safety standards.
