Job Title: Project Coordinator

Contract Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks
- Support the implementation of quality control measures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a project coordination or related role
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
