**A Typical Day**
Your day will never be a dull one Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the service operations in an administrative capacity. This includes handling key areas for the department such as work orders, payables and coordinating PM’s. Everyday will offer you a new challenge and variety

**Requirements**:
- Administrative/ customer service experience (1-3 years)
- High school diploma/ equivalent
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
- Experience with Navision or like program would be considered as asset
- Proven professional written & verbal communication skills (English) in a corporate environment
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
**Expected Annual Salary**: $52k-$62k (salary will commensurate with experience)
Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
