Our team’s goal is to make sure Sherweb is on the right path to long-term growth. You will contribute to this goal by participating in the preparation of monthly financial statements that will allow senior management to make informed decisions. You will work as part of the accounting team and report to the Financial Controller.
- Prepare periodic journal entries
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of various general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial data to ensure its accuracy and compliance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE)
- Participate in month-end and year-end procedures according to an established timetable
- Actively participate in improving accounting processes
- Elaborate, document, maintain procedures
- Other related tasks according to the changing needs of Sherweb and the Finance and Accounting Department

**Here's what you need to have and master to get the job**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
- Accounting designation (CPA) or working towards its obtention
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Demonstrated commitment and respect for deadlines
- You master Microsoft Office (with intermediate knowledge of Excel)
- You can navigate and optimize the functions of accounting systems and related tools
- You are detail-oriented, curious, analytical and you like to solve problems
- Bilingual: English/French (oral and written)
