JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Warranty & Engineering to work in an environment that fosters world-class professional development. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

As a member of the Finance team, your main mandate will be to account for, analyze and explain variances between actual financial results, the budget, projections and the previous year. Draw up warranty and engineering budgets and projections. Act as a resource person to establish links between the warranty, quality, engineering and marketing departments. Present end-of-season analyses to managers. Participate in the company's month-end process and ensure the validity of financial statements. Ensure monitoring and rigour in existing internal controls, as well as in the controls to be implemented and improved. Participate in various special projects. Implement lean efficiency initiatives and make profitability analyses.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A bachelor's degree in administration or accounting; a CPA designation would be an asset. At least five years of experience as a financial analyst. The ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing. The ability to process, consolidate and explain data and financial information for our international entities. The ability to use advanced Excel functions, SAP, ACCESS, Power Point and Power BI. In-depth knowledge of SQL would be an asset. The ability to promote teamwork. Curiosity, superior analytical and synthesis skills, willingness to learn, good planning and organizational skills.
