**We are seeking a resourceful and enthusiastic arts professional to join our thriving team of theatre professionals and serve as our Box Office Group Sales Coordinator who** **provides personalized service to guests at the Box Office counter and through the telephone, and prepares and coordinates Group Ticket and Package Sales to maximize occupancy and revenue for the Dinner Theatre and Hotel.**

**_**Previous Box Office experience is required** **_A minimum of three years of proven box office supervisory experience
- Secondary education required
- Knowledge of computer based ticketing, with Audience View experience being a plus.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze data, format and present reports.
- Sales experience
- Strong skills using Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Highly motivated self-starter, a hard worker with a high energy level; a “doer” with a willingness to work hands-on in assisting customers and team members.
- A visionary and strategic thinker and problem solver.
- Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, and fiscal responsibility, including PCI compliance.
- Ability to initiate and build relationships with customers and interact via telephone and in person with customers and building clients.
- Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability.
- Possess ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet short deadlines with limited supervision.
- Works well independently and in a group setting; a true coach and team player.
- Demonstrated knowledge of methods, practices and procedures for data processing and reporting.
- Ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstances.
- This will require a dependable, self-motivated, conscientious individual who can organize a professional box office that can comfortably deliver a high level of personalized customer service in a high traffic environment.
- Must be fluent in English and understand and carry out oral and written instructions and work schedules.

T_his job posting is for a position at a hotel that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee (SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts). The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment practices, including recruiting, hiring, salary, benefits and compensation decisions, and the collection and processing of the personal data that you provide on this website.
