Ontario Shores is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Assessment and Reintegration Program (ARP), Complex Services, reporting to the Administrative Director, ARP. The Assessment and Reintegration Program, including Complex Services, is comprised of four inpatient units (offering a total of 106 inpatient beds, including 15 psychiatric intensive care beds), and Complex Services which consists of the outpatient areas that include the Assertive Community Treatment Teams (Durham and Peterborough), the Psychosis Recovery Program (with clinics in Lindsay, Newmarket and Durham) and the Community Treatment Order resource for the organization. Our programs provide a safe and recovery-focused environment in which patients, family, staff and community organizations work together to provide care and treatment.

**Requirements**:

- A post-secondary degree in a health field is a requirement for this position.
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in the mental health field preferred.
- Proficiency in the management of budget and statistical data and managing in a unionized environment is preferred.
- Experience with presentations is required
- Knowledge and experience working with individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder required.
- Training and experience using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy preferred.
- Training and experience in group facilitation preferred.
- 3-5 years of recent community mental health service provision preferred.
- Ability to lead an interdisciplinary team required.
- Travel to various sites/locations, and a valid driver’s license are mandatory
