Ø Answering telephone inquiries from patients and others; screening calls, scheduling and managing appointments and physiotherapists’ schedules; instructing patients as needed regarding administrative procedures

Ø Collecting, verifying, updating and maintaining patient information. Entering patient data into files and databases

Ø Accepting payments and billing insurance companies as needed

Ø Maintaining inventories of supplies, as required to support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.

Ø Maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the office and clinic facilities daily

Ø Preparing and cleaning of the Treatment areas and clinic equipment daily

Ø Assisting and facilitating the delivery of physiotherapy services to patients under the supervision of a physiotherapist

Ø Ensuring to deliver high quality support to our patients and staff, coordinating with assistant and manager to facilitate services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
