**At Head Office**

The incumbent supports the human resources team and is responsible for the administrative parts of the department.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Open and close the employees files
- Verify, scan and file all documents received
- Data entry of the employee on the network
- Involve in some steps of the recruitment process
- General filing
- Translate
- Replace at the reception when needed
- Any other related task

**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- High school diploma or professional (DEP/AEC)
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Be perfectly bilingual : French and English oral and written (mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

A sense of ethicality, responsible, team player, a high level of confidentiality and detailed oriented

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- **Job Type**: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday - on site
- **Salary**: to be discussed according to experience
