THE NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE IS 9 HOURS PER DAY INCLUDING THE MEAL PERIOD EQUIVALENT TO 40 PAID HOURS PER WEEK.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting Reporting to the accounts payable analyst, the accounts payable clerk will be responsible for:

- Verify, Verifying, tracking, and entering purchase invoices (goods and services), while ensuring compliance with company policies;
- Managing the filing of documents related to accounts payable;
- Maintaining the invoice tracking file;
- Communicating with internal and external parties for follow-ups, information requests, or answering questions;
- Providing support to the accounts payable and finance department in various related tasks, including month-end processes, year-end audits, or ad hoc request.

**Qualifications**
- Completion or ongoing enrollment in a DEP/AEC program in accounting, administration, or a relevant discipline;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Bilingualism (functional proficiency in French and English).

**Assets**
- Experience or knowledge of Guide TI or Great Plains software;
