DESCRIPTION

This role works closely with the technicians and reports directly to the Service Manager, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and positive “can-do” attitude, as well as:

- Customer service focus
- Strong geographical knowledge of the lower mainland
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Computer proficient in both MS Office and an openness to learning new technologies
- Self-directed time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task in an often high-pressure environment

NICE TO HAVES
- Previous reception, administrative, or office coordination experience
- Familiarity with the construction industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
