We are currently searching for a Customer Service Clerk.

**Customer Service Clerk**

Dex Clothing, a leading fashion company, is seeking a Customer Service Clerk with experience in the fashion industry to join our growing team, reporting to the Brand Manager of Boutique Sales.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as liaison for boutique customers and our sales team
- Process new orders, repeats, returns, and damages
- Answer product or warranty inquiries
- Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team
- Promote and sell products and services
- Explain promotional offers
- Maintain client database
- Assist with reception responsibilities when required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- One (1) or more years of experience in a similar role with women’s apparel
- Ability to establish priorities, multi-task and work with demanding deadlines
- Great knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Visual 2000 & NU ORDER an asset
