Job Summary:
The Consultant consults with clients and collaborates with project team members, coordinating activities to implement software features and products for online banking and payment platforms.

What you'll be doing:
- As an independent contributor, or as part of a team, works with clients on their implementation needs, and supports the project from start to finish.- Works on multiple projects, initiatives or clients at a time.- Writes Statements of Work (SOWs), requirements analysis, impact analysis as required.- Generates requirements documents and change orders for engineering teams to execute.- Works with the engineering teams as they develop their code / configurations, answering questions and confirming requirements.- Conducts or participates in discovery sessions on projects.- Independently, or as part of a team, defines the product vision for a variety of products of significant scope, complexity and revenue potential.- Performs functional, cursory and regression testing.- Coordinates the code deployments to QA environments and assist the client with UAT testing.- Coordinates and interfaces with client activities throughout the project lifecycle, updating budgets and other necessary client-facing collateral, ensuring adequate support and direction is given during UAT and production deployment.- Creates launch plan and coordinates launch activities.- Updates internal tracking systems and ensures the project moves across the phases of the lifecycle.- Updates and creates implementations guides.- Ensures project time sheets from multiple teams are accurate and reflect the overall effort.- Reviews timesheets and prepares the monthly billing numbers to reflect revenue earned for the month for each initiative in progress.- Delivers post-implementation support and closes the project off for final billing when complete.- Coordinates the activities of Implementation Analysts where the project size and complexity require additional efforts.- Shares knowledge and specific product implementation strategy with other members of the team as requested.- Collaborates with Client Development team to manage client relationships.

What you'll have:
- A university degree in computer science, business, or other related discipline with an IT focus.- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and minimum 3 years consulting and/or project management experience.- Financial Services background is preferred, especially in digital, online banking platforms technology services.- Business analysis and Project Management work experience required. CBAP or PMP designation is an asset.- Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Works collaboratively and contributes in a team environment.- Able to prioritize and work to schedules- Adapts and responds to changing priorities and business needs.- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational and time management skills.- Communicates effectively orally and in writing, with clients, technical teams and co-workers.- Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a team environment.

Nice-to-have:
- CBAP or PMP designation is an asset.
