**Job Summary**
We are looking for an exceptional Hospitality Operations Lead to oversee our hospitality functions in Yorkville, Toronto. Your primary responsibilities will be to direct housekeeping and maintenance contractors to ensure our accommodations meet brand standards, create positive relationships with onsite property management associates, maintain clear and concise internal communication flows, and track and organize supply inventories. Your goal will be to generate high guest satisfaction scores and deliver strong operating margins. We are looking for someone based in Toronto, passionate about hospitality, and highly motivated to help us build the future of alternative accommodations

**What You'll Do**
- Establish and manage our daily operations in Toronto
- Perform daily quality audits to ensure rooms are in top condition
- Ensure preventative maintenance and other projects are regularly scheduled and completed
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues, working with property management teams to address issues where needed
- Maintain housekeeping closets, track inventories, and order supplies while keeping a close eye on expense control
- Prepare arrangements for special occasions and VIP arrivals
- Respond to guest needs, and own and proactively solve issues that arise
- Provide excellent guest experience
- Meet with and tour prospective corporate clients and real estate partners as needed

Shift Days: Monday - Friday. Hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (schedule may vary depending on demand)

**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in a hospitality operations leadership role within accommodations
- Highly entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to learn fast
- Strategic mindset and can proactively identify opportunities to make things better
- Startup experience and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Demonstrated ability leading a customer-facing team
- Extremely well organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter that can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and other tech-forward tools and software
- Flexible schedule and open to working some evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry items and stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Bachelor's degree
