Consultant (Cello)

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cello Specialist to join our team. In this unique role, you will leverage your expertise in cellos and related accessories to provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to our customers. Your focus will be on assisting musicians in finding the right instruments while fostering connections within the musical community.

**Responsibilities**
- **Consultative Expertise**: Provide specialized guidance on cellos, strings, and related accessories, helping customers make informed choices based on their specific needs.
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist incoming customers with thorough consultations, addressing inquiries about cello performance, maintenance, and selection.
- **Networking & Outreach**: Connect with musicians, educators, and music organizations to build relationships and promote our offerings, ensuring our brand is well-represented in the musical community.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range and how various components affect sound quality and playability.
- **Sales Support**: While primarily focused on expert advice, engage in targeted outreach to expand our network and identify collaboration opportunities.
- **Continual Learning**: Stay updated on the latest advancements in cello technology and trends to provide current and relevant advice to customers.

**Qualifications**
- **Expert Knowledge**: Proven expertise in cellos, with a deep understanding of strings and other components and their impact on sound production and playability.
- **Passion for Music**: A strong love for music and a genuine desire to help musicians find the right tools to enhance their craft.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
- **Sales Acumen**: Experience in a consultative sales environment, with a history of building relationships and achieving results through personalized service.
- **Networking Ability**: Proven success in connecting and engaging with various stakeholders in the musical community.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing both inbound and outbound activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,100.00-$52,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
