The product line includes violins, violas, cellos, double bass, bows, cases, sheet music, and more. Our in-house luthiers are here to help our clients whenever they need service or have questions and concerns. We are committed to delivering professional advice for repair, maintenance, re-tuning, fine-tuning, and any other services for your instrument. Infiniti Music Academy aims to deliver academic discipline and a comprehensive curriculum to our students. Our music hall provides a beautiful stage for musicians and students to showcase their talents.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate Violin Specialist to join our team. In this unique role, you will leverage your expertise in violins, bows, strings, and other components to offer expert advice and personalized recommendations to our customers. Your role will be to ensure that musicians find the perfect instrument and accessories to meet their needs, and to foster relationships within the musical community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultative Expertise**: Provide expert guidance on violins, bows, strings, and related accessories, helping customers make informed decisions based on their individual needs and preferences.
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist inbound customers with detailed consultations, addressing their questions and concerns about violin performance, maintenance, and selection.
- **Networking & Outreach**: Connect with musicians, educators, and music organizations to build relationships and promote Infiniti Strings’ offerings, ensuring our brand is well-represented within the musical community.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range and how different components interact to influence sound quality and playability.
- **Sales Support**: While the primary focus is on providing expert advice, engage in targeted outreach to expand our network and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- **Continual Learning**: Stay updated on the latest developments in violin technology and trends to provide the most current and relevant advice to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Expert Knowledge**: Proven expertise in violin, including in-depth understanding of bows, strings, and other components, and how they impact sound production and playability.
- **Passion for Music**: A deep love for music and a genuine interest in helping musicians find the right tools to enhance their craft.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Sales Acumen**: Experience in a consultative sales environment, with a track record of building relationships and achieving results through personalized service.
- **Networking Ability**: Demonstrated success in connecting with and engaging various stakeholders within the musical community.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing both inbound and outbound activities effectively.

Pay: $34,424.00-$52,000.00 per year
