The mission of the Case Manager is to ensure patients have a supportive and unforgettable experience throughout our Stress Management & Well-Being program as well as with the Employee Assistance Program.
**This role is perfect for students as it offers schedule flexibility**
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Greet new patients in the program and accompany them through their journey
- Check in and follow up on active cases, assist physicians and psychologists in their related tasks
- Analyze cases and provide the best possible solutions to our members
- Take a critical look at our program and generate ideas to optimize our processes and our patient's experience ;
- Monitor data on patient consultations and progress
- Drive usage by promoting the program to existing clients
**What we're looking for**:
- Passion for mental health, quality of care and improving team processes and understanding
- The availability to work days, evenings and weekends
- The availability to work minimum 8 hours per week with the opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week (depending on our coverage needs)
- Strong sense of empathy, time-management, critical thinking, attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in psychology or in any health-related field
- The ability to communicate in French, both written and spoken
- Available to work evening shifts and one weekend out of two
- Strong computer skills
