We are looking for a scheduler & logistics coordinator to join our team

The main purpose for this role is to schedule all local deliveries, organize lists for cross-Canada shipments, & remain up to date on all incoming and outgoing orders. Addressing any stock related issues while providing order updates to the customer service department is also important.

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Friendly, personable & charismatic personality_. You will be working closely with the warehouse & customer service departments so a friendly attitude and patience/helpfulness is a key part of the role. Remaining level-headed in high-paced and high-stress situations is important, especially when dealing with scheduling conflicts or delays in transit times.

Must be available to work at least 5 days a week. The working hours are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.

Has a friendly, professional, and energetic disposition

High attention to detail, organized & quick to solve scheduling conflicts.

Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills

Retail sales experience is an asset

Speaking French is an asset
