We are currently looking for Freight/Logistics Coordinators to join our Mississauga office and diverse team. This is a fast paced position that requires excellent customer service skills, multitasking and a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
*Must be able to work at 8am-5pm, weekend
*1- 3 years experience for Import/ Export Knowledge in freight orders
*Process and manage import shipment, including CY-CY, CY-Door, and CY-Rail.
*Regulatory requirements and proper documentation.
*Ensure arrival notice is sent correctly.
*Daily check shipment status (ETA, customs release, freight release, freight location, PU#, etc.).
*Receiving / collecting information for ISF filing
*Receiving and organize all inbound documentations from all International Origin teams - VIP accounts and corporate house accounts. (FCL/LCL/ AIR)
*Audit carrier rate & selling rat and issue invoices for client
*Responsible release the shipments for freight releases
*Communicate with carrier, Brokers, Customers, Truckers, Terminal, Rail site for problem resolution or custome rservice requests
*Monitor and communicate documentation or internal non-compliance with SOP issues with clients
*Arrange Trucker / Dispatch Shipments

**Qualifications**
Diploma or degree from International Business, Economic, Transportation, Accounting or a related field;
- Excellent customer service experience required;
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure;
- Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines;
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required;
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Bilingual in Chinese is mandatory.
