Hours of work: 10:00 am to 18:15 pm (with one hour unpaid lunch), Monday to Friday
Location: Toronto campus - 296 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4N 1T7
Branch: Junior School (Grade 2-5)
Start Date: November 11, 2024

**About the position**:
Reporting to the Principal and the Vice-Principal and working closely with the Branch Coordinator, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Record student attendance-
- Act as the first point of contact over the phone for the Junior School-
- In collaboration with the Vice Principal, coordinate lunch and recess duties-
- Co-curricular activities (register attendance)-
- Maintain students’ OSR files-
- Use the Veracross system to manage student schedules-
- Administrative duties such as printing report cards for OSR (Grade 2 to Grade 5), and document filing-
- Manage all orders and distribute supplies-
- Other duties as determined by the principal office-
- Accompany during school or sports outings if necessary (swimming pool, skating rink...)**Who we are looking for**:
- Excellent French and English skills (oral and written)-
- Strong communication skills-
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment-
- Experience in an administrative office, ideally in a school setting-
- Calm, composed and efficient-
- Great interpersonal skills-
- Ideally up to date first aid training-
