_The Responsibilities of the Successful Applicant will include:_
- Establish logistics of delivery schedules, monitor progress and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
- The Jr. Buyer is responsible for completing building facilities tasks as required by the Procurement Team Lead.
- The Jr. Buyer assists the Purchasing Agents and Chief Accountant to perform a warehouse inventory quarterly.
- The Jr. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that goods received for projects or inventory stock are reconciled with Purchase Orders and/or Packing slips.
- The Jr. Buyer is responsible for documenting serial numbers and Mac Addresses during the receiving process.
- The Jr. Buyer is responsible for the overall tidiness of the warehouse shipping/receiving area internally and external of the building.
- The Jr. Buyer records and distributes all material entering the warehouse. When receiving, the MH must inspect for visual damage and variances in contents to packing slips.
- The Jr. Buyer arranges shipments and pick-ups through numerous courier and transportation companies and internal resources.
- The Jr. Buyer is required to maintain parts inventory (physically and through the system) and provides prompt distribution of available parts to the field and Project Manager.
- Work and communicate with Purchasing Agent to use up inventory before placing an order for similar items on the BOM.
- Generate PO Numbers and send them to Suppliers to fulfill material requirements for jobs.
- The Jr. Buyer assists the Purchasing Agents with Staging Material for jobs.
- The Jr. Buyer will maintain the Consumables Cabinets to ensure that consumable stock levels are maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
