**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), providing insights and action plans to improve efficiency.
- Develop training programs and sales playbooks to enhance team performance and messaging.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.) to track performance and refine workflows.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent within the BDR team.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, feedback, and high performance.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to build scalable sales processes and drive team accountability.
- High energy, results-oriented mindset with a passion for developing talent.
- Collaborative team player with experience working with cross functional teams
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to take action and responsibility
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling.
- Strong understanding of market research and prospecting techniques.
