**We are currently recruiting for an individual who is flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing demands.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Loading and off loading of trucks
- Install, maintain and operate irrigation systems
- Safely and effectively operate machinery as required
- Maintain assigned equipment ensuring all safety issues are brought forward for immediate attention
- Deliver and pick up nursery products
- Able to work independently and as a member of a larger team

**Key requirements for the position are**:

- Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Minimum 3 years of driving
- Valid Class 5 driver license required (abstract will be requested from qualified applicants)
- Occupational First Aid training (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in use of hand and power tools
- Flexible availability to work 5 days per week (morning, afternoon, stat holidays, weekends) every day of the week. **Part time hours MAY be available**:

- Experience in operating skid steers, excavators, tractors, forklift and RTV’s
- Physically fit in order to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk and bend for up to 8 hours daily
- Steel toe boots/shoes are required
- Ability to speak Spanish is considered an asset
