Come join the Southbrook Dental Group We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, Hygiene Coordinator/Administrator to join our team on a Full-Time basis
The Hygiene Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the hygiene schedule is fully booked, and the patients well taken care of The person we are looking for loves being behind the scenes to organize, follow systems to ensure the practice runs efficiently, with a nice, full schedule

**Position Duties**:

- Manage the hygiene schedule.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments
- Manage the daily appointment schedule, audit insurance eligibility, reviewing timeliness of appointment completion, 4 week text reminders for pre-booked appointments and reporting service delays to Office Manager
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming phone atmosphere for patients and families that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression
- Input patient information including insurance information into the practice management software-Dentrix
- Reception administration duties when needed throughout the day and in absence of teammates
- Answering telephone calls
- One on one meetings with patients when needed
- Working directly with the dental hygienists throughout the day

**Position Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in a Dental Office
- Knowledge of Dental Insurance Coverage’s
- Knowledge of dental procedures and ADA codes
- Experience using Dentrix is an asset
- Optimal Customer Service
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Personal daily organization

Monday 11:00am - 7:00pm

Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday/Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour depending upon experience
