Dental Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Meraki Dental. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Job Description- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with our dental team and external partners.
Responsibilities- Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events related to our dental practice.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our team.
- Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for our patients and staff members.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations for our staff members.
- Front Desk Reception: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to relevant areas, and provide general information about our practice.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to update our records and databases.
You will need to be proficient in MS Office and have basic computer skills to perform your duties efficiently.
Transportation and Travel InformationA valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.
