Internal Sales Representative

**COMPANY OVERVIEW**
The Dass Group, one of Elite Digital's valued clients, are a leader in the production and sales of high-quality steel framing and accessories and also involved in metal exports. They have a team of 300+ employees that are consistently involved in progressing the team's initiatives and goals. After opening their first retail store in 1987 in Toronto, within their 1st year they opened up 3+ stores in the downtown core. The business then expanded into the hospitality and real estate industries, calling for various experts and professionals to join the company.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organize appointments with potential clients and present a sales
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Responsible for performing all phases of the sales cycle: get past the gatekeeper, identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Monitors competitive activity/products and communicates to management
**EDUCATION & TRAINING**
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration **preferred**:
- Three to five years of industry sales experience is **required**:
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems

- Outstanding phone etiquette
- Comfortable with understanding sales techniques and trends
- Persuasive and professional communication skills
- Ability to successfully multitask and manage concurrent selling situations
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
**OTHER**
- Working hours: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as required
