**An excellent PSS will be**:
Able to understand ITM undercarriage components to effectively and efficiently determine if the components are performing correctly

The person in this position will be expected to work 12 hours per shift on a 14/14 rotation, starting as early as 0700 hrs.

**The duties and responsibilities**:
Support customers in the appropriate use of ITM products.

Conduct field measurements and analysis on undercarriages.

Complete measurement and site reports upon visits and inspections.

Provide technical solutions for improvements.

Provide training to distributors in the use of the products to optimize product performance.

Propose the development of new products using market research and competitor analysis.

**What We Need From YOU**:
A desire to make a difference and take pride in your work

5 years in technical, mechanical, or quality field preferably in industrial manufacturing, heavy equipment, or mining industry with hands-on mechanical aptitude.

Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills

Superior mechanical aptitude

Shop and/or field work experience

Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices

MUST be able to complete a Respirator Fit test and don a mask at any time while at work, which also means compliance with facial hair requirements to ensure a complete seal for the mask

The ability to work in a remote location

The ability to lift and manage 50 pounds without assistance

Knowledge of the type, functional limits, and applicability of use.

Knowledge of manufacturing cycles related to components and sub-components.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or related references.

Knowledge of customers in the mining industry.

Knowledge of the warranty terms and conditions granted per customer or product.

Knowledge and autonomous use of measuring instruments necessary for surveys during field visits.

Provide a minimum of an Class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract

Provide a criminal record check

Complete drug and alcohol screening with a negative result

Unrestricted access to mine sites

Provide copies of current certifications (if you do not have any of the training required to be on site, we will provide it for you)
