**Position: Account Manager - Maintenance/Snow**
- Also Known as Project Manager/Estimator - Maintenance & Snow or Team Leader - Maintenance & Snow_
Conestoga Contracting Group is a full-service landscape design/build and maintenance company servicing the residential, commercial, municipal markets in Waterloo Region and Wellington County. We provide beautiful, safe and productive environments for our clients facilities and homes.
The purpose of a Project manager/Estimator at Conestoga Contracting Group is to meet and exceed the expectations of the client from inception to completion of a contract within their accountabilities and to ensure our clients are raving fans of CCG and all its people. Also to lead a team of people to execute on the contracted work to ensure we are building great team mates, and supporting our People First values.

- Division Manager
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Take initiative in managing and organizing client communications, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal team members.
- Be accessible to the field team as well as the client to ensure timely response to their needs.
- Accurately, efficiently, and profitably estimate and manage projects to exceed the clients’ expectations.
- Gain a referral from every customer with every project who is willing to wait for the CCG team.
- Achieve measurable set out by company with in a reasonable time period.
- Completing projects on time, On budget and to scope.
- Project follow up to include team Development Follow ups to continually improve our process and our people.
- Perform on site training and development of our team.
- Manage Subcontractors, Supply chain, Cost effective materials/supplies procurement.
- Working with Accounting to ensure payment schedule is being followed and accurately invoiced with enhancements etc.
- Ensuring our entire CCG family is safe, trained to be safe, and safety is enforced.
- Not limited to the above scope, you could be asked to carry out special projects for CCG at any time.
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years similar experience in Facilities maintenance, Landscape, Snow etc.
- Experience using QuickBooks, MS office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficient Microsoft OS and IOS
**Requirements**:
- PME must use Company supplied communications.
- The PME is required to dress, Behave, and always conduct themselves in a professional manor. They are a representation of our company and often first contact and last.
- Ability to work hours required to be accessible to clients, team etc. 24/7 on call in winter.
**Compensation(s)**:
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonus Potentials

Transportations: The PME is required to use Pool vehicles only for work functions.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
