**Job Title**:Property Administrator, Commercial (Contract, Mat Leave)**:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate **Property Administrator, Commercial **to support our growing team You will report directly to the Commercial Property Manager as an integral part of our commercial real estate team. You will be the main point of contact for 200+ commercial tenants. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask will serve you well in this role.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Developing and maintaining an effective line of communication with the property manager, tenants, accounting and operations groups and provide administrative support as required;
- Assisting the commercial property accountant in collecting and entering monthly rents and tenant sales in Yardi;
- Preparing and reviews A/R reports and call tenants for outstanding arrears;
- Assisting property manager in dealing with and/or resolving tenant issues, and tenant move in/move out administration;
- Maintaining accounting and invoicing procedures in conjunction with head office including processing supplier invoices;
- Preparing and reviewing lease agreements and summarizing to ensure obligations and terms are accurately reflected in Yardi;
- Collecting tenant arrears and maintaining mínimal accounts receivables; and
- Assisting the property manager in the budget.

**Qualifications**:

- ** 2-5 years property administration, preferably within commercial property administration;**:
