**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops and laptops.
- Perform system upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities using a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with network engineers to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Provide training and support to end-users on technology-related topics.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience providing technical support in a desktop and network environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus.

**Salary**: From $42,320.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
