**Donor and Database Coordinator**

**Status: Full Time Permanent**

**Salary: $43,800-$51,500**
- **Please note this position is on-site (not remote) and located in Sudbury, ON**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to, responding to inquiries, directing calls, and assisting donors.
- Process and acknowledge gifts in a timely manner and in accordance with donor recognition standards.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify opportunities for donor engagement and stewardship.
- Maintain and update donor database records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Implement data integrity protocols to ensure the reliability of donor information.
- Regularly perform data hygiene tasks, including deduplication and error resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to optimize the functionality of the donor database.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in donor management software and recommend upgrades as necessary.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into donor trends, contributions, and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing fundraising performance.
- Work closely with finance personnel to reconcile donor contributions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement and enforce data security measures to safeguard donor information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and organizational policies.

**Education and Training**:

- Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance or related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in database administration, preferably in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
- Familiarity with Donor Perfect and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Understanding of data protection laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- COVID Vaccination required to work in our facility (2 Doses)

- bed continuing care hospital) in Sudbury, and Villa St. Gabriel Villa (a 128-bed long
term care home) in Chelmsford. Our Administrative team supports all three
