**About the Company**:Third-party Logistics company is looking for Intermodal Logistics Coordinator. They seek individuals who want to create a fast-paced, professional, growing environment. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of various channels for maximum efficiency. This is a collaborative team environment, and we are all responsible for the overall customer and carrier experience and have responsibility for all duties.

**Type**: Permanent, Full-Time, On-Site

**Job Duties**:

- Ensure the highest level of customer experience is provided.
- Managing your accounts from all aspects, and quoting / booking spot shipments (Booking loads, Customer service, track-trace and closing orders)
- Compliancy with customer volume expectations (When volumes fall short investigate why and advise management)
- Responding quickly to spot quotes and customer requests.
- Ensure carriers are qualified in TMS and RMIS
- Perform work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail (local system “truckmate” always updated on time along with the CP portal)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years intermodal logistics experience in the transportation industry
- Excellent negotiation skills (English)
- Large network and excellent knowledge of crossborder and domestic carriers in the western Canada region
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to build rapport with both carriers and customers
