We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to create fashion content to develop and grow our social media presence. Working closely with the creative team and reporting directly to the marketing manager, the social media coordinator will be responsible for planning, setting, and creating high-quality engaging content for our social platforms using photo/video formats to share style tips, inspiration and create branded content following a growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, publish, and share new social media content (including original text, images, video) daily basis about Fashion topics to build meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and engagement
- Shoot and edit TikTok/ Reel videos
- Identify trending effects and sounds and create/appear in short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Develop daily quality and highly engaging content that aligns with brand image and follows a social media growth strategy for each platform
- Ensure content calendar and posting schedules are followed
- Creative ideation, account engagement and customer support
- Develop and implement UGC campaigns

**Qualifications**
- Experience in social media and community management
- Bilingual (French & English), great communicator, both verbally and written
- Ability to connect with a mature audience (aged 50 and over)
- Comfortable in front of the camera

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une coordinatrice de réseaux sociaux pour développer du contenu de mode et accroître notre présence sur les médias sociaux. En collaboration avec l’équipe créative et rapportant directement à notre gestionnaire de marketing, la coordinatrice sera responsable de la planification, de la préparation et de la création d'un contenu engageant de haute qualité pour nos plateformes sociales, en utilisant les formats photo/vidéo pour partager des conseils de style, de l'inspiration mode et créer du contenu de marque interactif.

**Responsabilités**
- Planifier, créer, publier et partager quotidiennement du nouveau contenu sur les médias sociaux (y compris des textes, des images et des vidéos originaux) sur des sujets liés à la mode afin de connecter à la clientèle, d'accroître la notoriété de la marque et le taux d’engagement;
- Filmez et éditez des vidéos TikTok/Reels;
- Identifier les effets et les sons tendances sur les réseaux sociaux et créer/apparaître dans de courtes vidéos pour TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, afin de développer la notoriété de la marque ;
- Développer quotidiennement un contenu de qualité et très engageant qui s'aligne avec l'image de la marque et suit une stratégie de croissance sur les médias sociaux pour chaque plateforme ;
- S'assurer que le calendrier de contenu et les horaires de publication sont respectés ;
- Participer à l'idéation créative, augmenter le taux l'engagement et gérer les comptes;
- Développer et mettre en place des campagnes UGC.

**Qualifications**
- Expérience dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux et de communauté;
- Bilingue (français et anglais), excellent communicateur, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Capacité de connecter à un public mature (audience de femmes âgées de 50 ans et plus)
- À l'aise devant la caméra

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
