Are you an experienced, confident and driven supervisor with robust leadership and analytical skills looking for a great opportunity to work for one of Canada’s largest RV companies? If you are, look no further as CanaDream is seeking a station/operations supervisor to oversee a small team of energetic and highly motivated employees at our Whitehorse location during the busy summer months and work in our call center when the station closes in October.

About the Role & Location

Our Whitehorse station is in what might be the most spectacular territory in Canada. We have a long history in the Yukon, and we host several thousand amazing Guest experiences every summer. The role of Whitehorse Station/Operations Supervisor is made for individuals who are focused, detailed oriented, not afraid of the spotlight and take pride in delivering outstanding Guest experiences. They are also proficient at liaising between different departments and energized by the adrenaline rush of working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and connecting and building rapport with Guests from all over the world.

Applicants must be familiar with staffing practices, training new employees, tracking budgets and financial expenditures, and managing many people at once. Leadership and communication skills are crucial

**Job Duties**:
Call Center Responsibilities
During the winter months, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Helping Guests select the right RV for their trip, moving efficiently together to a successful booking.
- Contacting Guests to thank them, solicit feedback, and /or invite them to be our Guests again.
- Confirming Guest reservations and processing payments.
- Providing service and support to on-road Guests when needed.
- Forwarding service inquiries to our on-call technical staff promptly.

Operational/Resource Management Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day leadership and execution of tasks.
- Creating a sense of ownership by providing clear expectations, control of resources, responsibilities, and coaching; offering assistance without removing responsibility.
- Making management decisions in line with CanaDream’s policies, procedures and other relevant guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Assuming responsibility for the overall performance, profitability, growth, direction and success of the station.

Personnel, Policies & Practices Responsibilities
- Determining staffing requirements and ensuring the team is scheduled according to station needs and budgetary requirements.
- Enforcing training as implemented by head office - actively coaching employees to continuously improve their skills and contribution to CanaDream.
- Distributing company-wide communications to applicable staff in a timely manner.
- Teaching and coaching employees to think “how can we make things better for Guests, Customers and for
