Entreprise de gestion immobilière bien établie désire combler le poste de Préposé(e) aux Comptes payables, à temps plein, au sein de son équipe à Montréal. Sous l’autorité du contrôleur, le ou la préposé(e) sera responsable entre autres, des tâches suivantes:

- Recevoir et vérifier les factures
- Jumeler les factures aux bons de commandes et bons de livraisons
- Codifier, entrer et classer les factures
- Imprimer les chèques
- Vérifier et concilier les relevés de comptes des fournisseurs
- Vérification des fournisseurs au niveau TPS et TVQ
- Remplacer la réception en alternance durant les vacances, absences et

pauses à l’heure du lunch
- Aider et soutenir le service de comptabilité avec les tâches de fin de mois.

Exigences:
Un minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire

Expérience dans une entreprise de gestion immobilière - un atout

Bonne connaissance de l’informatique et des logiciels de comptabilité

Couramment bilingue à l’oral (français et l’anglais) et de base à l’écrit.

Nos bureaux sont facilement accessibles par transport collectif et nous offrons le stationnement intérieur.

Accounts Payable Clerk

Fairway Management Corp. Ltd. - Montréal QC

A well-established real estate management company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Montréal. Reporting to the Controller, the APC’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Receive and check incoming bills
- Match bills to purchase orders and delivery slips
- Code, enter and file all billing
- Print cheques
- Check and balance statements issued by suppliers
- Check suppliers’ status (GST & QST)
- Alternate replacement of the receptionist during vacation, leaves and

lunch breaks
- Provide assistance to the Accounting Dept. during month-end tasks.

N.B. Responsibilities listed above may include other related work tasks.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in a property management company : an asset
- Practical knowledge of computers and computerized accounting systems
- Bilingual (English & French) fluently spoken and basic writing

Work location is easily accessible by public transit. Free interior parking is available.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
