**Inventory Control Coordinator - Coordonnateur Contrôle Inventaire.**

The inventory control coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy with the inventory through robust cycle count processes, continuous training of users and transaction audits. Verifies inventory records to physical products to ensure liability is maintained at budgeted and accepted performance levels.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Verifies standing inventory counts to automated records.
- Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies and problem areas with regard to reoccurring adjustments, damages, selection errors and process issues.
- Prepare cycle counts process requirements (data sheets, updates and verifications)
- Maintaining accurate inventory through a vigorous cycle count program and monitor trends
- Reporting of inventory record accuracy by location, case and value, etc
- Create and maintain up-to-date inventory control procedures
- Assist where necessary in training personnel on operating guidelines, policies, and procedures and in Special Projects requested by the customer
- Assists and participates in the planning and conducting of client physicals
- Assists in the reconciliation of client physicals
- Offers ideas and suggestions to enhance inventory accuracy and process improvements
- Other duties as required.

**EDUCATION**:

- High school diploma

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management system
- Experience with a scanner, good computer skills (MS Office)

- Proven communication skills both verbal and written (English and French)
- Advanced computer skills in Word and Excel
- Attention to Detail is mandatory

**Coordonnateur Contrôle Inventaire**:
Le coordonnateur contrôle d’inventaire sera responsable du maintien précis de l’inventaire en suivant les processus de comptes cycliques, la formation continue et aux audits. Vérifie les registres d’inventaires au produit physique afin d’assurer que la performance est enlignée avec les attentes et le budget.

**PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Vérifier les comptes d’inventaires aux dossiers automatisés
- Enquêter et compléter les rapports indiquant les raisons pour les écarts, les endroits problématiques en ce qui concerne les ajustements, les dommages, les erreurs de sélection et toutes questions liées aux processus
- Préparer les comptes cycliques aux exigences requises (fiche de données, mises à jour et vérifications)
- Maintenir un inventaire précis grâce à un programme de compte cyclique rigoureux et suivi des tendances
- Maintenir des registres d’inventaires précis par location, caisse, valeur etc.
- Créer et maintenir à jour les procédures de contrôles des inventaires
- Aider au besoin à la formation du personnel sur les procédures d’opérations, les politiques et Assister aux projets spéciaux tels que demandé par le client
- Assister et participer à la planification et l’exécution des comptes physique du client
- Assister à la réconciliation des comptes physique du client
- Proposer des idées et suggestions afin d’améliorer la précision des inventaires et l’amélioration des procédures
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.

- Suivre la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail, y compris la sécurité, la violence et les lois sur le harcèlement
- Le travail d'une manière saine et sûre après les politiques, les procédures de métro
- Toujours porter ou utiliser un équipement de protection
- Signaler les dangers que vous trouverez dans le lieu de travail à votre superviseur
- Ne doit pas utiliser ou faire fonctionner l'équipement d'une manière qui vous mettre en danger ou d'autres
- Ne doit pas mettre d'autres travailleurs à risque par vos actions

**ÉTUDES**:

- Diplôme d’études Secondaire

**EXPÉRIENCE**:

- Minimum de 1 ans d’expérience pratique en contrôle des inventaires et système de gestion d’entrepôt
- Expérience avec un scanner, bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office

**COMPÉTENCES DE BASE**:

- Bonne communication écrite et verbal (français et anglais)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques Word, Excel etc.
- L’attention aux détails est essenti
