**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
One of Canada’s leading private country clubs, the London Hunt & Country Club, is currently seeking a qualified individual as a **Weekend** **Administrative Assistant**.
- Receptionist duties including greeting members, guests and visitors
- Answering the phones and assisting or redirecting calls as required
- Accounting assistance including processing of accounts receivables and payables
- Reconciling daily transactions, bank deposits and electronic fund transactions
- Word processing of correspondence and special reports
- Supporting the various departments with ad hoc tasks and projects
- Assisting with food and beverage administrative tasks such as creating print menus and flyers
- Assisting with the coordination and member registration for various sporting and social events
- Please note: Working remotely is not an option for this position._

We’ve got a strong foundation and continue to modernize our service offerings to ensure multi-generational enjoyment throughout 275 acres of breathtaking, panoramic scenery. Although the Club began as a hunting club in 1885, over the years, amenities such as dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, trap and skeet and fitness were added to enrich member experience. Club members have a history of excellence in business, athletics, and altruistic pursuits.

**WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU**
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Experience with accounts receivables and payables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and employees
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude who is courteous, client-focused and accommodating
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications, and other software is an asset
